NOBODY DOES IT BETTER! NOEL CRUZ repaints a 11 and 1/2 inch Barbie Basics and transforms her to a likeness of Angelina Jolie. It is amazing to imagine that this is an 11 1/2 doll which means it is even more challenging than the usual 16” dolls he repaints. This doll is now up for auction in Ebay (link below).
